This book was great. It shows the way an expert in lean turnarounds works.It solves all the typical questions that arise when implementing lean thinking in a company.

Went through this in our Staff meeting one chapter a week. Great reminder for the principles behind lean. Flow, Pull, Takt and standard work. Every person, every process, every day. Lean is simple, just not easy!
